You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to attempt to resolve the issue.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive, we reserve the right to contest the dispute, provide transaction records to the payment processor, suspend or terminate your account, and refuse future service.

You agree to reimburse the Company for any fees, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of improper chargebacks.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Site, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, text, images, graphics, designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Solstice Society LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order or service for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, resale attempts, violations of these Terms, or compliance concerns. We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchase shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration organization and conducted in Hoke County, North Carolina. Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law or awarded by the arbitrator.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to the arbitration provision above, any permitted court proceedings shall occur exclusively in the courts located in Hoke County, North Carolina.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND E-COMMERCE COMPLIANCE

By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, receipts, and policy updates. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Site. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and comply with legal obligations regarding transactions, fraud prevention, and consumer protection.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
